It feels good reading the post. There are moments when you have to step back and give yourself time to relax. It does not pay out to be tired, overwhelmed and stressed.

Oh, how I needed to see this today:). After an emotional day yesterday, I think I need a little rest today! I tend to get caught up in the "here and now," and forget to put my physical and emotional health before work. Thanks so much for the reminder:)

Great advice Mike! Everyone needs to re-charge their batteries to be able to perform at their best. Sometimes the going is tough and drains you of more energy than normal. Alan

Thanks, Mike, I needed a mental health day myself today. I was out working on a project for a friend of mine and just had to stop and relax. I was beating myself up about it, so, this is a very timely reminder that sometimes it is ok.
