Another career assessor
Pocket guide for career choices.Even 40 - 50 years ago the thinking of matching people to careers by personality type was catching on.
The publication what color is your parachute? A book I highly recommend hit the stands. Also, the take off of the Meyers Briggs Personality indicator at the time accelerated this trend!
I think I best fit the ISTJ profile with a side of N. I think it best fits someone who likes to write. Wealthy Affiliate is varied and probably uses many profiles.WhatColor is Your Parachute? How do you assess your career skills by this guide? What does your skill set bring to the table for you in Wealthy Affiliate?

Before I retired I was a career counselor for a state Community college and then a state university. I became a qualified user and did a thesis, using MBTI, for my graduate degree. I went to a few workshops and gave some.
Anyway. just coming up with a page like this doesn't begin to help you understand how the system works.
I didn't think much of this, as I took many of the best careers for you tests, in school. They never found anything I was even remotely interested in. This one I quickly looked over and found INFP. Although I could trade the N for an S. Both boxes have jobs I could do. Funny tho, INFP says writer and I have had oodles of teachers tell me I should be a writer. Problem is I am also very ADHD. I am well trained to deal with it but I seriously doubt I could ever sit long enough to write a novel. So I gave up on writing. Now that I have found this, it is almost perfect for me. I can pretty much let my ADHD run a bit wild and write pieces that are short enough to keep my interest, while also achieving a bigger goal.
Depending on the day, I can relate to any one of those! The downside of being a Gemini....will the real Debbie please stand up.
Personality is an important factor to determine where each individual fits the best and is mot productive. Someone that is outgoing positve and has a trusting personality could make a great person in marketing and sales, just as one example out of many.
I have done lots of work with the Myers Briggs, and I'm an INFP through and through. Being here at WA suits me down to the ground.
How fun!!
Philip is an ENTJ with some P and Colette an ISFP with a helping of E. Really enjoyed looking at this and figuring out our profile.
Thank you for finding this.
Interesting Mike, I will have to look that up. I would probably go with an orange chute. It provides more visibility, in my opinion, which is something we also need to stamp our presence and be noted on the internet.
