Customer needs further explored. This is a tireless quest of marketers since the invention of selling! This is one of the best I've seen. The approach makes use of the fundamental motivators brought out in Maslow's Hierarchy of needs The approach primarily portrays the highest self actualized approach and spreads it through the entire individual and organizational spectrum.

Working up from the bottom, The basic fundamental sensation based needs are explored but in a nonphysical way. This is based on the information needs brought out by on line and internet based solutions.

At the emotional level, health and wellness and interpersonal connectivity are tied into social media to bring about fulfillment. Milestone tokens such as badges are employed to further this objective.

The ultimate customer need is labeled sell aggrandizement. This is the core to unlocking the ultimate in customer marketing., the big idea. When you grab the customer at this highest level of attraction, they're yours. This is a summary approach to marketing for all of us!
