Google takes a hard stance

Google has announce that it will permanent remove websites if you are a repeat offender (see link below). It is worrisome to a beginner like me because it is often difficult to understand what is expected. I hope that it is not as onerous as it sounds!

One thing I will say, Google is only a search engine. Others can come and supplant them.
They are not the only guru types on earth.

Just you follow Kyle's lessons and all will work out fine.

I just agree with the posts below!

Thanks for sharing but I have the same feelings as Christian. I believe if you write quality content and leave positive links within your content then you'll be just fine.

Josh

What I'm reading is this is something we don't have to worry about if we are following the lessons here. That's comforting because I could very easily do something wrong and not even realize. Thank you for all the comments. It's reassuring. :)

I saw this another member was sharing that hopefully I will never fall foul of this, there is many unethical people out there

As a beginner, this really worries me also. I wouldn't even know if I was doing something wrong.

Thank you for sharing this with all of us here at WA.
That means that we better have our ducks in order...wow!

Surely this is just for those who are not putting customers and readers first. It must be to help clear the google site of spammers. I sincerely hope so because I'm a beginner and I'm likely to unintentionally do some things wrong!! Ches

I wonder that it means"poor links"?

There are high ranking websites you can buy a link from, even though it may not be a relevant link.

Also software is available to automatically get you backlinks which are spammy at best.

Thank you, no intentions to do it:)

I'm not sure this is something to worry about a lot. If we are trying to gain trust for our sites it should be completely clear what the intention of our website is and where a link is going to take you. To me it seems pretty simple and can't see how that will violate google's policy if you're making a positive experience for a user.

I think what google is really talking about is when people are doing things to make their pages be ranked higher than they should be. If you are going through the process of properly getting rank I don't think you'll ever run into this.
