Is There Life After un- Employment?
All my adult life I've worked at different jobs, never finding anything out there that suited me. I drove a taxi, I was a driving instructor, a messenger delivering parcels with my car. I was a project accountant for a general contractor. I was (for a very short time) a computer programmer (the job lasted about 3 months.) It turned out I didn't know what I was doing!
So, that's why I'm here. This is a great community. I have been inspired by the community and it's given me a really awe-inspiring goal (I should say "goals.")
I've never really had anything in my life, i.e., money, position, prestige (what's that?), never a secure place in society. My background doesn't matter. It's been hashed out and is no longer a part of me. My new life started here. For several days I was "plugged-in" to the whole concept, how I could access it and make the kind of money I've always wanted. I just felt totally focused and connected from the moment I started here.
So, that's why I'm here. I love it!

Yes I agree, there is a new life ahead we just have to go out and grab it. I have been told many times that since I'm disabled I in a way "washed up" up now I have new hope.

I never believed anyone was washed ever washed up. I don't care who you are, it's about attitude and focus and believing in yourself.
