I think the Private Policy template is different, possibly updated, from when the training was done.
One of the things I am not sure how to fill in on the Private Policy tem
If you are not sending a newsletter out via an autoresponder then I would not worry about it. Take that Section out of the policy and move onto the next step. An autoresponder is a tool you will more than likely want to become familiar with as time goes on. In my opinion a good time to start looking at them is right around the time when content is your main focus of daily tasks (through with training etc.)
if you don't gather emails for an email list and/or don't use an autoresponder then just remove that portion of the policy.
There isn't an autoresponder with WA.
When you need to use one you will need to se it up yourself.
There are several to choose from, I use Aweber, but you won't need one until you have an email list.
If you do not have one, then you don't need to add that bit to your Privacy Policy until you do get one.
Have you seen this GPDR training from Loes: WP GDPR Compliance plugin settings :)
I had not seen this training yet. . .maybe just not there yet.
Thanks. I will check it out.
There is an up to date one based on the new template see if this helps you very easy to follow GDPR Privacy Policy Page

Every time I go to paste my website where it needs to be it moves everything down. I try typing it in and it starts deleting the words that follow. It doesn’t look like the same one in the training video and it’s like the third one not the first one.
