To answer your direct question though, I don't think you can get rid of the footer within Atmail, so your best bet there would be to forward email to another service provider. As far as templates, from what I can tell you cannot create templates within the Atmail service. You could have word templates and copy/paste as needed.

Have you considered forwarding your email to a service that you are comfortable with and then using that instead? For example, here is a resource that I found on Wealthy Affiliate for forwarding your email to gmail and then setting up a reply as within that service. i would only advise country domains if you are marketing to that country - if you are looking at marketing to the world go for a top level domain com or org.
you can still point the nameservers here to be hosted on wa servers if purchased elsewhere.

The short answer is no.

When you stop paying premium, you will be effectively frozen out of the site (You'll have the free access, but you will have the free access that can't ask questions, take additional training, participate in live chat... all that cool stuff).

For the longer answer...maybe. After you stop paying, they give you 30 days to move your websites. If you came back before 30 days, you'd have full access again.

Your WA account never goes away (Whenever you come back you will pick up right where you left off), but your website hosting does (It ends in 30 days after you stop paying), so be mindful of that.

In answer to your question, you can indeed, if you do have to cancel your membership, your account will still be here, but you will just be a free member. I would suggest rejoining as soon as you can as Wealthy Affiliate really does work, it is the best Internet marketing platform that I have ever seen, hence why I will be a lifetime member.

If you click on your photograph on the left-hand side of this page it will say something like to go to my account and then you will see your membership. Click on the membership tab and this will take you to "stop billing and cancel membership", you can rejoin at any time.

To get to your referral link click on the $ icon in the top menu bar and the choose links and tracking to grab your affiliate link. You can then email that link to your sister.

If you want to allow your visitors to buy items from your site and pay for them by credit card, you need to work with a credit card merchant.

One of them is Paypal, and I believe that they have a number of options. You need to look over their options and select the one that makes the most sense to you.

Paypal or your credit card merchant will have their own help desks and the like to help you as well.

If you enter "website owner wants people to pay for stuff by credit card" into Google or your favourite search engine, there are a lot of options there.
