Would you report a person like this?
Hey WAers!
I just noticed two people have used one of the featured images I created for one of my reviews about a scam I exposed.
A woman used my image for a YouTube video she made to promote the scam product I had exposed. I guess she's a "scammers affiliate" so she's promoting the scam to make a quick buck.
I'm wondering why couldn't she create her own picture and had to use mine without my consent.
I don't know her but I don't like what she's done. That's something scam artists do...
And the other one used my featured image for the scam video presentation (they posted the scam product sales video on YouTube).
Has something similar ever happened to you?
Would you report someone like these people?

I would report the copyright theft to YouTube. Google can be hard on people who steal other people's copyright property. They may even get banned from YouTube.
In future you can put a watermark on your images. I use my website URL.

I don't have anything worth stealing, including my photo...but to answer your question...I would be pissed and so for the rest of your question!
Yes, I would report it....and/or take whatever options I have available in terms of recourse!
Even if it takes time, I would report it AND when you look at it. She is giving you more ammunition to fire on your next BLOG. She is promoting a scam and at the same time stealing your content. That PROVES that what you are writing about is a SCAM.
Turns that negative into a POSITIVE.

If you created it, it's by all means your property.I would report it. Even if the thieves are not punished, they will know they are caught red-handed.Take some preventive measures for the future things. You seem to be doing good stuff.:)

It sounds very strange that someone would do such a thing. But we live in a strange world these days. I am fortunate that nothing like it has ever happened to me.
