Is it possible to get a refund?
Hey guys,
Have you ever got a refund on your WA monthly premium membership? I'm wondering if it's possible to get one and how it works because it seems one of my referrals got one, as seen in the picture below.
This referral made the payment on July 30th and the refund was made on August 17th, so I'm wondering if the commission I got paid will be returned to WA and then WA will give the money back to the referral. It's not happened to me before so I don't know how it works the refund process.
Does someone know about this? Perhaps it's happened to those of you who have more experience.

They can get a refund. It's happened to me too. But I believe it's only with in the first 30 days.
Ok, it makes sense. Looks like the referral got the refund 18 days after paying for the monthly membership.
Kyle is the authority for this. He does not publish it openly. It may be prorated or on a case by case basis
I've had several refunds and the referral who requested the refund gets their full monthly membership payment refunded ie., $47 or $49. The $23.50 or $22.50 commission is therefore refunded too. I recently had a $175 yearly commission refunded too...ouch. :)
Okay, now I see it's more common than I thought. And how is it refunded? Does the payment gets returned to WA on the 1st of each month?
I believe the referral can get their payment refunded as soon as WA process the refund. They will need to contact Kyle to request the refund. The commission is taken off the current month income.
