Another lesson & a dream come true

Hey everybody =)

I've been thinking about sharing the experience I had last Saturday, since it means a lot to me. Well I'll start explaining everything since the beginning lol

Last summer I started watching some of my favorite childhood Disney movies since it had been a lot of time I had not watched any of them, and I wanted to recall some memories. Then the Lion King musical came to mind so I wondered if there was any other musical of other movies I liked, and found out that there was a musical for Aladdin! I got so excited because Aladdin is my favorite Disney movie so I searched where I could go to see the musical and found out that the musical was taking place in a theater located in London. I started watching videos about the musical and got so hype that I was like "wow one day I need to go there, I can't miss it!".

Two months ago I started looking for dates, flights, prices... to plan everything out and came to the conclusion that the best day to go was on Saturday 10th June.

I remember last week I was a little bit scared because of the latest terrorist attacks, but I had already purchased the musical tickets and the flights so I had to go yes or yes. I had never been to London before (I'm from Spain) so I didn't know what was the best option to get from the airport to the theater and vice versa. I finally went by bus and Uber even though I had never tried Uber before so was kind of clueless about it, but I read about scheduling a trip in advance so that's what I did. I got kind of annoyed because I saw the price go up day after day (I had scheduled 2 trips with five days in advance) so the day before I cancelled the trips and scheduled them again to see if the price was the same or not. And yes, it hadn't gone down. Here's the mistake I made: I cancelled the Uber trips 5 or more minutes later after requesting them, so I ended up paying a fee of 1 pound for each cancellation. How the f*** hadn't I been aware of that before?? Anyway, now I know for another time. The Uber drivers that came pick us up (my parents came with me) told me that it wasn't worth to schedule a trip in advance, it was fine to request a trip once I was ready and they would come within 2-5 min.

The good thing is that we got on time to see the musical. It was supposed to start at 2:30pm and we arrived at the theater at 2pm so I took some pictures and bought some merchandise =)

I really enjoyed the musical! I loved everything about it: the special effects, the music soundtrack, the cast members, the outfits... <3

It's my favorite musical so far! If you live in London or go there one day, I highly recommend that you go see it, it's impossible not liking it in my opinion lol

Another thing I found good was the fact that they told us that part of the money they were collecting was to help families and victims of the recent terrorist attacks.

After the show, I had the chance to take pictures with some of the cast members, which got me happy too =)

At the end I couldn't believe what I had lived in such a short amount of time. I don't even remember the last time I had felt that good, like it went better than expected! I was also so glad that my parents enjoyed it =) I have no words to express how thankful I am for this, like the pictures already say it all!
