Do you own any equipment or companies or have employees in USA? A company or employee in USA would be liable for tax. If this is not the case then you can respond that you have no US activities.
Your website is owned by you so the ownership is in Sweden. You don't own the hosting company or web server.

Ah, thank you for your replies! Very helpful. I don't want to do anything wrong, and get the authorities on my back. Then I can just continue according to my plan and build up my web page. :-)

Hi, I have issues with the domain specific mail account. First I tested the forward version, where I wanted to send mail forward to my gmail account. That did not work at all.
Best course of action is to open a support ticket and get the back room guys to help.
