Is My Review too Harsh or on point?

How is everyone doing today? I hope you are all in good spirits and taking care of your families.

My post today is just to ask a question and I would love to get your feeback on it.

I made a kind of negative review or what I called horrible training for big money and I was so shocked at how little you got for so much if I didn't know better.

New people fall for upsells all the time and most of the time its just more money in the sellers pocket.

Over at ezalbert.com I made a video review, Infact, a two part video review becasue I ran into some technical difficulties.

Upfront the product would cost just 10 dollars but with upsells that would ramp up quickly.

This tactic use by professional internate marketers. They get you in with a small amount and then hit you with a good offer you can't refuse with a big upsell.

I belive this is a very good and resonable tactic because when I am promoting a product I always look for one that has an upsell. So, this im not made at. Its great.

What got me upset is to see what I paid for.

Was I wrong for getting so animated?

I would love to here your thoughts.

Your goals aren't too high. You just have too many irons in the fire. Concentrate on one or two. A blog decrying media bias should find a huge audience.

You have to make the video a lot shorter. More than 7 or 8 minutes at the max and most people stop watching even if they are interested in what you have to say, if you can get your points across in 5 minute all the much better

I guess honesty is what is important - of course emphasizing that this is your objective opinion.

I suggest it might be helpful to have only one really short and concise video - possibly with a comparative table instead. You tend to lose people after about 5 minutes. Just a thought.....

Good luck!

Mike, so good to see you again.

I didn't look at the review. But what I go by is: if it is true then it is not too harsh. Just make sure all you say is the truth and facts then it is OK. This is just my opinion.

Laura

Hey Laura, so glad to see you. It's been a minute. And thanks for your comments.

I did write an honest one. Maybe too honest! His ad still following me around the web. I told Google not to show me this ad again.

I don't know if it's too harsh or not but let me tell you that nobody will watch the "short" video that is 46 minutes long and then be expected to watch an even longer one. You will have lost your audience right there.

(Personally, I think if it's about one of Mr. Bashi's crap products, you CAN'T be too harsh, but that's me...)

Thanks for your honesty.
