My Nemesis or Launching pad!

I've known for some time that video opens a lot of doors that written word doesn't. But at the same time I have tried to adopt the philosophy that you should do what you are good at, because you can't be good at everything. And written word is something that I'm pretty good at. I spent a lot of time in my childhood making up my own worlds full of heroes and villains, or various adventures that I could use to almost teleport myself somewhere else. I like that!

The day has arrived !

I have been through the getting started training a couple of times and found things I missed on the second time, that turned out to be very beneficial! So I have only recently gone head first into Affiliate Bootcamp. And honestly I have been moving right along and having fun every step of the way!

Today I finished up the section about leveraging Pintrest and I put up a couple more boards and about 15 new pins and was having a blast! Then It came to the end of that training block ...........and there it was !

Batman has met the Joker !

If you are one of us comic book nerds from the 70s and 80s you know that of all the villains Batman faced, the joker was the biggest reoccurring thorn in his butt! The penguin would cause some trouble and then be vanquished for a while, and return to test Batman's patience for a while only to wind up in prison again. The Riddler would make trouble and cause his share of problems, but would then end up eating lunch at the same table with Penguin at the Gotham big house.

But the biggest problem for Batman of all his adversaries was quite possibly the Joker! It was usually the Joker that had Batman and Robin tied to a log and headed into a big saw blade, or hanging over a vat of acid with acid dripping on the ropes ! Will Batman and Robin figure a way out of this one? Stay tuned for tomorrow! Same Bat Time! Same Bat Channel!

Well as we all know Batman always prevails in the end, right? Right?

My Nemesis has me tied up, headed for the saw blade of YouTube !

I love watching YouTube videos! I'm a YouTube junkie ! If you want to end my day, e-mail me a link to a YouTube video that says the biggest fails, or DIY anything and chances are I will be done for the next few hours ! Most likely I started watching a video on how to build a mansion from pallet wood and 2 hours later I will be learning to speak giraffe ! I am a victim of the YouTube Vortex !

So why am I so not into doing videos for my niches and creating a YouTube channel? I'n not exactly certain I know that answer!

I know there is a self conscious aspect. I know that no one can kill me for making a bad video! But I'm not looking forward to getting started at all! I've never done anything with me on the lens side of the camera except 2 selfies I did for my goofy profile pic here at Wealthy Affiliate!

But I have decided I shall push forward and create a few said videos! I was all about sticking to my blog and start up podcast. But I'm going to do it just because I don't want to! Talk about stubborn ! You have truly reached the high score of stubborn when you are stubborn with yourself ! OMG ! I sound like Sybil!

I will create these videos which I firmly expect to be utterly hideous! But what shall I do with them? I will test them out on my friends here at Wealthy Affiliate !!! I do ask that you not judge too harshly! And if I make a complete fool of myself to have a short memory!
