Blog Income Reports Study- How to Make Money From a Blog
Just a quick one today.
I learnt a lot recently by studying hundreds of bloggers income reports (I whittled it down to 57 for this study)
There were so many useful findings that I figured I needed to share this, so I created an infographic for it...
The biggest finding was how new blogs make money in different ways in different niches.
Affiliate marketing certainly features in every niche, which can't really be said about the other 3 main ways of monetising (ads, own courses, other- including freelancing, coaching, services and sponsored posts).
Hopefully this infographic can help some other people too!

What do you think? Any stats that catch your eye in there?
Anything else you'd like to know specifically?

Yep, eye-opening! From some of the reports bloggers claimed they made 3-5 times more just by switching networks (AdThrive seems to be more for food or Mommy bloggers)
Sweet!
Thanks for the input dude!
Appreciated!
Have a solid week ahead and thanks again!

This is interesting. Thank you for researching this. My eye went straight to the lifestyle niche: looks good :-)
Yeah I figured everyone would look for one thing in particular straight up! The whole study has a lot more detail too

Very interesting! I have a food/recipe niche, so should I concentrate on my ads?
You should 100% focus on Pinterest... then with the traffic try and get onto AdThrive ideally (you need 100,000 page views a month, but if you can post 8+ a month... focus on long list posts then this is defo possible according to these reports)
