I have put the AdSense code in my site yet the ads are not showing. On top of that it is taking very long for Google to approve my AdSense account. What could be the problem?</
Depends, if this is a new account and site, it can take several days to show up on your site.
Did you check to see if you had adds turned off on your browser, this could cause you not to see your adds.
Are these adds in a widget or did you use a plugin to add them, you may need to double check the code where you added it.
John
If you ad shows up do not click on it, it will get you banned from adsense.
Make sure the code is correct in the widget. How long has it been since you added it to the widget.

Google Adsense accounts take a while to be approved, you should receive an email saying you are good to go. I think it took my application 3 months before it was approved.
are you getting the yellow boxes?
No i'm not even getting that. I put the code in the right place. Plus the my ads section is grayed out so I can't even click on it.

Why isn't adsense working and my ads not showing on my site?

Have you verify your site with Adsense?
If you already did, sometimes it takes a while before the ads show up. Just make sure there is enough content about your niche on your site.

I have not been able to boost the percentage on my site trust, I was wondering if anyone here knows of ways that I can do this?
Hello Mike, there is not much you can do. It is all based on how long your site has been up and running and time. The only thing you can do is to continue to create quality content that overtime will let Google and other search engines that your site can be trusted.
Hi Mike
the site trust metric cannot be altered. It is strictly a measure of how old your site is. Everyone month, it will increase by 10%.
Still do what dchapman3 says because all that will help your sites trust as well, but the way that WA measures it is by your sites age.
the higher your trust and the more content you have on your site, the more google will trust your site and offer it up on the first page rankings.
Create more quality content and get more involved in site comments. The more site comments yo get will build that trust. That shows Google you are getting involvement and trust from your readers.
