Hi Guys,
I´m at the point in my training where I have to write my first content on my website. It is really hard to start with that!
I´m not asking for
I've found that coming up with my keyword(s) for my post and then brainstorming on 4 or so supporting keywords/topics helps me greatly. I then use those supporting keywords as my chapter headings and write one or two paragraphs for each. Create an intro, toss in the supporting chapters and write a conclusion and you have an article. Figure 1-2 paragraphs in each section and you have 12 right there.
Hi Mike,
I think you already had more chance to write anything you want. not like me as Indonesian people who always got obstacles when trying to write in English.
So, my suggestion is, if you get hard to think what to write, what niche, blah, blah, blah, then "don't think", just write whatever passes in your mind. maybe you can write about your profession, describing your experience and technique, etc.
Build a website with any name you like as long as there's still available for your website name in the server.
Then later I'm sure you'll discover yourself which one (posts or web name, or niche) was wrong, which one needs correct or upgrade. This is the better way than you think too much but you stuck with no action at all.
Here we can build many many websites. even actually we will be hard to build one for writing.
Then after you have got confident to make a "real your website", you can make a new one, or even you can migrate all those old learning posts to a new website in case you still need for those old posts.
I hope this can motivate you.
I'm telling you once more, "you have got more chance than me".
Thanks.
Keep following the training and you will be guided in writing your content.
If you have gone over this, then maybe go over the training again until you get it.
If you have your niche and you have looked up your keywords in Jaaxy then you will find it a lot easier to write your content.
I hope this answers your question
Jennifer

How to write my first content?

Hi, Mike one of the first bridges that we have to cross and one which can cause the most angst is creating content.
You have some excellent advice from fellow members, I would add site content to the mix.
Just access it through websites in the left-hand column of your WA home page,
Scroll down to "Site Content"
Then go to templates,
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/content/templates
Select the template;
Keyword rich content page.
It can be a good way to get started and you may find that it will become an integral way for you to create content.
In the beginning, try not to get to phased about the number of words better to get into the writing routine and find your own level, you will find like many after some practice it will be hard to stop writing the words will flow.
See how you go any problems just reach out.
Without sounding like a broken record;
Just, continue with the training.

Hey guys I switch to premium and just finished my first lesson in the getting started program. But since I´m a premium member I also can use the affiliate bootcamp.

hey hi Mike & welcome to Wealthy Affiliate (WA) Premium!
Congratulatons!
It's up to you really -- if you have a specific or particular niche that you want to work on then proceed with OEC ... if you'd like to promote WA, then, Affiliate Bootcamp is the way to go ...
All the best, cheerio .... :)
Thanks for your response. I really appreciate that. It was very helpful!
Wish you all the best!
*** isn't it wonderful of how the awesome WA community just jumps in to help? ... love it! ....
keep well, keep happy & enjoy it all !
enjoy a wonderful sunny weekend ahead, cheerio ... :)
Well the boot camp is an addition the training if you want. If you took the boot camp first you would be jumping into the not knowing how to swim. Assuming you have never done this before. Complete you WA training then go ahead and do boo tcamp. I hope this helps.
It depends what you want to write about and promote. Affiliate bootcamp focuses on promoting Wealthy Affiliate. Online Cert course is more general and you can learn how to promote anything you want.
You can even do both eventually, but pick one and finish it before going to another!
