I have made several attempts to write out my welcome message to new members (WA Bootcamp, Phase 2, lesson 10), but every time I try to save it, the page comes up blank when I h
Just open a SiteSupport ticket. They will direct you to the right party if that is not correct.
I appreciate your feedback. Just so you know, site support only deals with hosting issues. They suggested I try live chat.
Thanks for that, and that disturbs me because LiveChat support (provided by members) is not in a position to resolve that issue. I've done tech support for YEARS and something like that is almost always site related. :( I hope you are able to find your answer.

Hi Mike, I would suggest trying this in a different browser, or another PC if you have access. If that fails I'd PM Kyle.

You can make a new category, and add that to the menu. Go to appearance in the dashboard, go to posts, then categories, then add new. now after you have created the category you can go to appearance, click on menus, select the category, add to menu. then sort it where you want it to be by draggin up and down. click save menu

How do I add menus to tops of my web pages?

Forgive me, but I'm a very technologically challenged person. I never posted anything to Facebook, and I'm not sure how it's done. Please help me out here - I'd appreciate it v
Hi Mike, I would suggest reading Kyles training on Facebook as working Facebook right takes a little thought... Using Facebook the Right Way It's super easy to post to Facebook either manually or using automation tools, but a little time planning your Facebook strategy is a MUST do first.

Hi! how I do it is through a plugin for wordpress. There is several available...I use one called share buttons that's free and seems to work well. I installed that through wordpress and below all my posts I get a line of several social media I can share what's posted through. Let me know if you have any follow up questions :) This is not an official WA answer...it's just how I like to do it :)
