Ultimately the choice belongs to individual to decide because there will never be a right time to start.

that sort of sounds like me. i keep hitting the rocky road to success, and jumping over the obstacles. but failure comes by not overcoming the obstacles.

Or they don't keep up the momentum. It is very easy to take a step back when things are going really good and then start to lose momentum and then wonder why things suddenly come to a screeching halt. Just because one starts to see success does not mean you let off the pedal.

That's right! You won't go anywhere standing still.
