Reframing Your Thoughts
Instead of looking at things as problems, reframe them into situations, challenges, and opportunities.
When you view them in that manner, they offer you a chance to grow and to become who you really are.
Positive thinking affects every aspect of your life.
It helps with decision making and creativity.
But most of all thinking positively improves our relationships with family, friends, and colleagues.
“Nothing can stop the person with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal. Nothing on earth can help the person with the wrong attitude.” ~ Thomas Jefferson
It's your time to REFRAME!!
'Til next time... learn, promote & prosper!

Do you have something on how to change the mindset of someone who has been constantly put down and verbally criticized? Shally.
Here are a website and a book that might be of help...

This book is available on Amazon:
Mind Games: Emotionally Manipulative Tactics Partners Use to Control Relationships and Force the Upper Hand - Recognize and Beat Them by Pamela Kole
Hope one of these can help.
Thank you will look it up and refer this to my friend. It's not in my area of expertise unfortunately and wasn't sure what is good. Thank you again. Shally.
Hey mike , being positive doesn't always work, your conscious mind is walking around, saying all these positive things, but then you look around you and you think , I'm thinking positive, why isn't my surroundings changing ..you can say as much positive things as you like nothing will change, SO ... Conscious, and sub-conscious, need to be in harmony, thats when miracles happen, you can lie to the conscious mind, but you can't lie to the sub conscious mind.... So before framing, when your saying those positive things to yourself, ask your self is this true for me ???? You will get your answer... .. :0) Bea
Thank you for your comments, Bea. As for me, I believe a positive attitude beats a negative one any day of the week. :)
Sometimes when I talk to myself, I answer in the "third person." LOL.
The Jefferson quote is perfect.
Thanks Mike.
A lot of us might have that same problem if we aren't careful.
Thanks for commenting, Mike. Have a great day! :)
