As far as I remember, it isn't mentioned anywhere in the training. So, it is not needed.
I am experimenting with it a bit because I want to get into e-commerce, but that's just me.

You just need your affiliate link. You're not hosting the products directly on your site for purchase, just a link to the product, which identifies the source (you) and ensures you receive a commission for your recommendation/driving traffic to the product.
When you join any affiliate program you'll enter your banking or Paypal details in order to receive payments.
No financial or shipping transaction is taking place on your site, so you don't need anything more than your standard WordPress set up as described in the training courses.

I wish Amazon would finally offer wire or PayPal transfer to people outside of the US.

But what if I want like a price/product comparison table? Will there be other themes that can offer me that option? A more organized manner of my affiliate products?
if you want a table, you'll have to create/code that yourself or use a plugin to do it for you.

I still don't have confirmation from them. It's already been three weeks. Am I doing something wrong?
Did you check the email address that you supplied when you applied with click bank. 3 weeks is too long. You should have already gotten notice.

It took me about a week. It doesn't take long for them to process your tax information and other personal information.
Tax? I didn't get to fill that up. After I put my bank details, it already went to the confirmation which said "Your account is being reviewed bla bla. We'll get back to you"

Actually, it is a tax ID number. Not tax information. I apologize for the confusion. But that should've been asked when you filled out your bank details and personal information.

I need help in getting direction for my website.

First of all, I love your page design.
There is a https error somewhere, but I can't identify it. Your site comes out clean at whynopadlock .com but still it shows as unsecure in my browser.
But to answer your question.
I think you should concentrate on juicy stuff. Drinks, fruit, and whatever with juice in it. Pluss related products as blenders, supplements, drinking bottles, tools and even knives.You still can wander off to other more distant related products and topics from time to time as long as they relate. ('How to work out after drinking orange juice' or something like that).
And if you along the way find a topic that dominates among your related topics, start a new website for that topic. Since the new site most likely will be health related, you can send visitor back and forth between your sites with links.
First thing I spotted that the main page is not secure.
Upgrade to https and get it padlocked.
Focus on keywords in the niche that are not competitive.
My niche is full of authority sites also but not impossible to crack...
perhaps focus on a smaller topic in that niche, then move into the next and then the next...
What's wrong with selling all the time through reviews? Thats what everybody does!
Health tips is not a niche. You have a domain about juicing That in itself is hard to monetize because the affilaite commisioons are so small.If yo uwant to write about gym equipment then have a domain about gym equipment
So if I focus on gym equipment as a niche, what kind of articles can I write? Since I just cannot focus on selling products all the time through reviews. Will articles about exercising enough to supply the content?

I liked your juicing idea. Sometimes small sales can add up. With juicing, you can promote protein powders, the blenders, recipe books etc.
Yesterday, I was researching home exercise rooms, home gyms and yoga studios for my real estate business. It seemed like there were options with regards to flooring, equipment, mirrors, training videos, etc.
