My new site has been indexed by Google. Wow, was that fast! But.
I received an email this morning my new site has been indexed by Google.
Wow, was that fast! I searched themes and fonts on Sunday for my new site and applied them. That was it. There's no pages, posts, or site description.
Yikes! You know what that means, I have gobbledygook as a Google site description.
Learn from my error. Be prepared, have your site description ready otherwise Google makes up one for you from the few words it finds. Which in my case are words, such as comments, categories, archives, etc... You get my drift.
I'm off to work on a site description.

Thank you for the advice! I had that happen to me too when J built my first wordpress and changed themes...I am pretty sure I cried 🙈 and gave up until a few months ago.
Crazy to hear that could happen to someone further along in this process to me. Thanks for sharing this to potentially preventing others from making this same mistake!
