Doe you mean half of the command button row above the editor? If so, look at the one button that looks like a box with holes in it and is called "kitchen sink" Click on it and the other half will show.
it is the complete row with 'b' thru to 'full screen' buttons. These buttons appear when editing a Post but not a Page

Can an audio widget/player be included in word press
This is all new to me.. but i'm wondering if it is possible to customize the audio player that shows up in WP when you add an audio file to post?
Appreciate any guidance here.. thx ~)
It probably depends on your themes and plugins. Why don't you experiment a little--put in a tester post, add the audio file and see if there are any options you can play with? Might be a way to go if there are no other ideas forthcoming...that's about all I can think of off the top of my newbie head...
