Do You Check Google Analytics When You Request for FeedbackComment ?
When you ask for a comment/feedback, do you also go to google analytics to check the time the user actually spend on your website?
You can check it as a source/medium:
my.wealthyaffiliate.com / referral
(If you don’t have hundreds of visitors a day I believe it is easy to determine how much time did the requester spend on your website)
I have asked for a feedback today on my website which I received.
But when I check google analytics I see that the visitor spends 0 seconds on my website. Bounce Rate 100%.
Is there a way that the person really read through (more than 1,000 words article) and data shows 0 second with 100% bounce rate?
I guess no, but would like to hear other opinions as well,
Mike

Is simple Michal
Bounce rate is the percentage of single page visits (or web sessions). It is the percentage of visits in which a person leaves your website from the landing page without browsing any further.
In other words, if the commenter won't visit other pages or sections on your site, you'll have a 100% bounce rate.
But Google analytics can calculate and report the bounce rate of a web page and bounce rate of a website.

All right,
I can understand the bounce rate part.
But, how about the average time spent on the site?
Me personally visited my site and it shows me 36 seconds, which is about right.
Anyways, Thank you Zsolt for the commend and link.
EDIT:
SteveMand just explained the "avg. time" matter.
Actually, that also can be explained :)
If a single pageview fires and no other engagement hits are sent to google analytics such as events or navigating to another page, then there is no 2nd hit timestamp available to give any indication as to how long they spent on that page, only the timestamp of the first pageview hit.

Great info,
it makes me feel much better since I can be sure that the person really left a genuine feedback :)
Thanks a lot Zsolt,
I am sure also other readers will benefit from the link you left.

That's strange. That shows that G analytic is not 100% reliable and we heard top marketers did mentioned the same. Use it for general indicator and not 100% rely on the stats presented.
Thanks for sharing.
Joe :)
