Hi Michael ... these 2 URLs are known as Name Servers. They are the server name that is used for housing your website at WA.

Where is your URL registered?
If it's somewhere other than at WA you need to go to wherever you bought it, log in and update the Domain Name Servers there, Most registrars make it easy to do. If necessary ask for more info,

If registered at WA then you don't need to worry about the DNS because it should be set up automatically.

Thanks Still working on this issue. Pressure!

Hi Michael
Where did you purchase your website name (URL)?
:-)
Richard

Hi when I checked it says 100percentit.com is the provider.I contacted them ,and they directed me to mentors since they are wholesalers and i think mentors is one of their many resellers.so now I have to check mentors.

Ok ... I think that 100percent dot com doesn't look like a registrar and mentors dot come is a new developing site. Sorry to say Michael, this makes little sense.
what is the url you bought please... write it out with the word dot as I have above.:-)
Richard

My.URL:-Michael-Pierre dot com.

OK Michael
You seem to have a site partially set up but when I enquire I cannot see where it is hosted. So I'm, running out of ideas.
I suggest you ask site support for help,

You need to get clear on who the domain registrar is and/or where it is currently hosted.
:-)
Richard

Thanks for your efforts. What i did is , contacted mentors support ,and they are looking into it,hope to get somewhere.from their reply.

Good luck with that, Michael.

Hi

Those are the domain DNS settings you'd want when pointing a domain name you own to WA servers.

You may transfer or point to WA servers (if transferring domain has to end in .com, .net or .org.

To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.

ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com

These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) after the transfer has taken place.

To transfer your domain here you need login current registrar and fetch the EPP code, there's a one year charge of $14, privacy included. One year more will get added to your domain.

Also it has to have passed the grace period of 60 days.

Thanks ,but am still not sure how to deal with this .I check site support and am still having problems.I sent an e-mail.to 100percentit.com and await their reply

Michael, you can contact site support with this please

thanks I did waiting on feedback
