When to shout HELP!

HELP:Does this simple four letter word scare you or justify a reason for you to be alarmed. Well to me it most often does.

There are many reasons why we call for help, but there are times when we need to shout for HELP! louder, when It is crucial,life threatening and scary like hell.

Well today I am shouting for HELP, not because I am sick or dying ,loosing physical or material possession, and not because I am running from the realities of life. No,not at all,but I still shout HELP!

. So many times when we call for help, because something is coming towards us with a vicious force,and we need all the muscle power to keep it at bay.

This is not a time for me to be timid or shy, neither to let my ego get in the way.I just need to shout HELP! Frustration wants to walk down my alley, HELP! Anxiety wants to be my shadow, HELP! My finances is running away WHY?

Help! Is anyone hearing my shout, or am I not shouting hard enough

I am still shouting, but can you really help if you don't why when and how. Well let me tell you my story.

I said to myself if I need to get out of my present predicament, I have to change my mindset, and it was done. What a great feeling.

Second I choose my purpose, and set my eyes on the prize, then the journey start. My first cry for help was short-lived when I got the necessary tools to take me along the journey.

Full of joy and I could feel the blood pumping through my veins, so I made the plunge ,the water was calm and warm. I could see myself making all sorts of strokes,maybe butterfly or breast I made it.

Now I am higher up stream and the tide has changed and the water is no longer calm, so I need to shout, and I shout HELP!

Luckily for me there was a community on the river bank,They gave me more tools and shared their experience with me,which brought back my confidence and a renewed spirit.

Right about now the river has emptied me on the ocean shores, with all my tools and knowledge hoping I may be experience and verse enough for my next phase.

But again I shout HELP! I want someone to walk with me, talk to me and hold me up when I am falling. So my ego will not get in the way and I am going to shout
