To search for a member, type @ and the name of the member (@devastart) in the search box at the top. Here's her profile.

I want someone who is working with me on building WA sites to become an administrator. How do I make her one?
Dashboard>Users>Add New, then fill in the form. If you don't want them to take control of your site or settings make them an editor. If they are an administrator they can remove you from the site
Go to Users – Add New. Create a WP login credentials for her and set her role as administrator.
