After 1 month at Wealthy Affiliates
Hi everyone!
Indeed I am very happy to share my progress and success with Wealthy Affiliate, having been registered with the company for a month now.
In truth, if you had told me a month ago that I would be building my own website, and single-handedly have it up and running in a month, I would have told you you're totally nuts! I don't know the first thing about creating a website!....Well, I didnt a month ago!
Yes, I have my website up and running, with dropdown menus, and submenus, imbedded pictures & affiliate links, and Im even monitoring the activity (traffic) in the background.
Ok, the word "single-handedly" isnt exactly true. I had the complete training and backup of Wealthy Affiliates and its community as well! Without that, none of this would have been possible for me.
I put my faith in WA, and didn't panic when I felt that I had more questions than answers. And I didnt "jump the gun", and start asking the community how to do "this" and how to do "that". I knew that in time, as I followed the lessons, everything would become clear.
Now I share my time between improving my site and adding content, and continuing with the training.
If I was to imagine that someone out there is monitoring blogs in case there are questions to be answered, then my question would be this: The imbedded icons on my page for twitter, facebook, and LIKE, are not the standard colorful icons Im used to seeing. How do I install THOSE icons?
Probably, the answer to my question is going to hit me in the face soon during subsequent training. But as my site is now up and running, it's the only thing that Im not happy with, and would like to make that improvement as fast as possible.

I would think that there is some kind of plug-in for the share buttons.
Not sure what it would be called.
