Anyone please guide me when i try to renew domain from here the charge $250 for Redemption(RGP) . What's this and why
The Redemption Grace Period ( RGP )means that the domain has expired. If you renew an existing domain from here is the same price as anywhere else less than $15. However the redemption Grace period means it has expired

And are you 100% sure that it is WA that is charging you this?
I get junk email sent to me about various related "domain offerings" that have nothing whatsoever to do with my domain registrar telling me that my domain is about to expire, offering me SEO related services, and so on. The person sending me the junk email is getting my email details from the "who is" domain stuff. It gets sent to that email which in turn is rerouted to my real personal email address.
Okay. I guess if I let a domain expire by accident, that additional fee would make me think quite a bit whether to renew it with the RGP fee. That never happened to me. I have let domain names expire, but that was on purpose.
Maybe buy a new domain name with a similar name to your old expired name may be an option?
I do not know how long it will be before it is available to the general public and then maybe you could grab it again? Your risk someone else grabbing it before you grab it.
Really depends on whether you think it is worth it and only you would know that.
Unless I put a lot of effort into it and thought it was worth the additional cost would I renew it with the RPP fee. I think I would come up with a similar or alternative domain name, grab it for 1 year, then see in about 3 months time is the 'old' domain name available and if it is, grab it.
Add an existing year or two or more to all existing domain names you have that you want to keep long term.

You can use one of the free autoresponders. Most will charge a fee to send emails automatically but you can usually set up a free notification to your list of subscribers for new posts on your site.
