Congratulations -- your site is now showing up as an empty wordpress site.

Now the real work starts. :=)
According to the website "who.is", your DNS settings are pointing at WA's nameservers correctly.
Since you changed the settings yesterday, that's usually long enough for WA's servers to be seeing them pointing to their addresses and that would allow you to create the site. I'd suggest opening a support ticket to have tech support look into the issue:

When I go to build a website I clicked on the right square saying I own the domain. I then entered the domain name in the box provided and then entered the name of my website. I get a pink message saying that I have to enter a domain or choose a domain. The domain is:theaffiliatemarketingmentor.com and it says at Go Daddy that the transfer has taken place. I must be missing a step somewhere, perhaps. Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.

so just to make sure you pointed it to . . .
The name servers for Wealthy Affiliate Hosting ALWAYS are:
Primary: ns1.mywahosting.com
Secondary: ns2.mywahosting.com
exactly ?
I would double check and make sure they are exactly as they are above :-) sometimes the little things can trip us up.
The other thing is that it can take 24-48 hours for the changes to take effect.
Maybe try sending in a support ticket here , if Go Daddy says it has changed..

Why hasn't my new domain shown up here?

It can take anything from 5 minutes to 2-3 days for that change to be reached by all applicable web servers. I am guessing it is just a timing thing.
When I do that change I usually do it last thing at night and on purpose don't look at it for between 18 and 24 hours. By then, for me, it has taken.
I am guessing for you it is purely a timing thing.

I am permanently restricted by Paypal because I made the mistake of allowing someone else to use my account. I have contacted them several times to see whether they would lift
Hi. I do know that Wealthy Affiliate will send you a check when you reach the minimum threshold of $100 if you are promoting them and earning commissions through WA. As far as other affiliates, I'm sure they also offer such an arrangement, but you would have to check out their individual policy's on this.
Thank you so much for your rapid reply. I can certainly accept payment by check and wait until each $100.00 accumulates.
Melissa
Paypal is not the only option to be paid, almost every affiliate program will offer multiple forms of payment with check payment being offered within pretty much all of them.
We offer Paypal as our Primary payment, but if you earn over $100 in commissions we can send you a check payment.
Thanks so much for your speedy reply. You have restored my hope. I do not mind waiting until I earn $100.00 in order to receive a check. At least you offer both a way to generate income and an alternative way to get paid. I can see that once one gets started, earnings can amount to several hundred if not thousands of dollars.

Hello, Kyle. Can we receive money on debit cards? Today I found out that in our country we cannot withdraw money from PayPal account(we can pay for things only) and cheques from USA cannot be cashed.
