Judgemental Mechanism
Besides being a conscious habit that we use daily (rewarding and condemning all we see), this learned judgement has become a subconscious mechanism that has drained us of our heritage of joy. As most people go around judging everything and everyone in their life, they remain unaware of that subconscious judging that is doing the same to them; every judgement bringing either a reward or a punishment.
The internal feeling we all experience when judged (either by ourselves or by others) is usually one of discomfort (if judged badly) or pleasure (if judged positively). This feeling is energy within our bodies. It is energy in motion or E-motion. All conscious judgement results in immediate E-motion Experiences. Subconscious judgement occurs in the average person at close to the speed of light. Since we allow ourselves to be aware of only one fraction of all our subconscious thoughts, only the emotions of a fraction of all our judgement are experienced internally. All the other judgmental results are held in storage as thought energy.
This thought energy is stored around the physical body, usually in locations associated with what was judged. If not released or experienced, this thought energy becomes addictive, building upon itself until the local cells cannot tolerate the intensity of the energy. It is at this time when one becomes aware of this energy in the form of aches and pains, or illness and organ dysfunction. Remedies such as aspirin, antacids, acupuncture, Rolfing, massage, spiritual healing, etc. are Band-Aids. They treat the symptoms but not the true cause. The true cause of all illness and human suffering is JUDGEMENT and the thought energy it produces.

Best not to judge everything and everyone, you are only judging yourself as you perceive reality around you.
True, I've read several books about, when someone displays a negative trait that really bothers you it's because that negative. trait is in you. It's great how we can learn from each other. Take care.

This is one of the things I constantly work on - to be judgmental on the positive side of the ledger instead of negative. It is something that seems to be ingrained in human nature. You have given more reasons as to the WHY we should be aware. Cheers Jill
