What's This? A new SEO Tool is in Town!
There's a new SEO tool you might want to take a look at...
I've been using the All in One SEO plugin since I started here at WA. It was the one suggested during training and just seemed to work for my needs. I love it and it's been good to me. That said, I decided to take a look at a relatively new SEO plugin and I have to say, I'm liking what I see.
If you have some time to kill, check out the Rank Math SEO plugin. It has some cool features I find very interesting.
Rank Math offers stats and guidance that I find intuitive and helpful in my SEO ranking efforts. Take a look at some of these screenshots from one of my sites:
What I find of use is the 404 monitoring and Redirection information. By using this information I can fix errors that I normally wouldn't see or even know that they existed.
You can even setup redirections within Rank Math, no need for an extra plugin.
Rank Math can integrate with Google Search Console and give you your stats right there in your site back end vs having to log into another site for the information.
You can even see crawling errors for both desktop and mobile platforms:
There's even an option to see stats and scoring for your site as a whole:
At an individual post/page level you can see an SEO score and even get tips on how to increase it!
It even has a rich snippet feature, eliminating yet another plugin: Now, I've only had this plugin up and running on my site for one day, but I have to say, it's sparked my interest in increasing my SEO rankings and has provided solid insight and advice (such as including a positive or negative statement in my titles, power words and so on).
If you're using Yeost or All in One, you can even import your current settings into Rank Math.

Important things to know:
1) If you use All In One to link and send data to Google Analytics, you will need to add the GA script to your site header, as Rank Math does not do that like All in One does.
2) You are required to setup a free account to use this pugin and this plugin will call home to verify your account. That said, you'll probably get the following error:
"cURL error 7: Failed to connect to 2606:4700:30::681c:19d: Network is unreachable"
To fix this you'll need to reach out to Site Support and ask them to open up the communication from your site to Math Rank's.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce the WA family to a new tool that can help get your pages, posts and site noticed.
Let me know what you think!

I get this error when trying to activate Rank Math:
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to 2606:4700:30::681c:19d: Network is unreachable
Do you know what this means, and why it gives the error?
Good catch..yes ask site support to open it up. I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that. I had to do it too.
Thanks for commenting, I'll add it to this post.
Thanks for the information. Since I just got my SEO straightened out, sorta, I think for now I will just stick with what I know. Will be interested to hear your future progress, though. Keep us posted on how well it does.
Well that looks pretty darn. I think I will be installing that plugin also. Can not let you have all the fun. Thank you for the share.
Thnx, I use Squirrly and this kinda sounds like the same info I get as well. Thnx for sharing in any event.

HA! Just discovered this exact same thing yesterday while I was searching for god-only-knows in google and stumbled upon this plugin somehow. It's sparked my interest, too, but I have skipped it for the time being, but now I'm seeing it mentioned here so I guess I need to GET it xD
Thanks for the heads up!
This sounds like something I'll definitely look into and the fact that it links into Google Console, that's amazing.
I'm going to see how it fairs with my websites.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
