It's Been an Interesting Partial Year Here at WA!
In the Beginning...
Well, I joined WA back in late March of 2018, not really knowing what was involved or if I found yet another scam. I guess I was swept off my feet because on day 3 I went premium, the worry of WA being a scam was long gone.
I wanted to go annual but just didn't have the money to do so so I stuck it out at $49 per month for a couple of months until I was able to upgrade for the savings. Fast-forward to Black Friday and I tacked on another $299 to lock in the savings and an additional year. That's how much I love this platform and, more importantly, it's community.
At the beginning I really didn't know what to expect to setting goals was more of "I just want to make money online". Jump ahead a couple of months and I set goals for having my site up and running, with several posts and to generate some income from it. Those goals were met before years end (I think I made like $3 on month 2 or 3 so that was exciting).
To be honest, helping others was never on my radar. Through this platform I've found that I actually like helping others and, apparently, I'm pretty good at it. Good to know.
Onto some new goals; 1000 followers here on WA, become an Ambassador here, and to have my WA promotion site ready for public reveal by December 31st.
I hit the follower goal and then some, 1072 as of midnight on December 31st. As of this writing I have 1083 but I kind of like the 1.1k round up WA shows ;). As for the Ambassador status, I missed it by 3 spots. I plan to hit Ambassador status by then end of January. I could have fudged the WA promotion site and hit my goal but I think it would have been cheating and really wouldn't have served my visitors well. I have since reset that goal to the end of January to get everything just right. There are some formatting issues and I want to use an autoresponder which I need to setup. The site is coming along nicely though.
What the Future Holds...
Now it's 2019. New goals need to be set so, without further adieu...
- Hit and keep Ambassador status here at WA
- Get my WA promotion site up and runing
- Grow my WA follower count to 3000+
- Provide more WA trainings
- Get at least 100 premium WA referrals
- Start 2 more niche sites
- Plan, plan, plan - I'm terrible at planning and sticking to that plan. This one will be the true test of the year for me. I tend to just do and move around a lot. I need more structure to meet my goals and be consistent in my endeavors (especially when it comes to publishing posts on a regular basis).
What do you think of my list? What did you accomplish this past year? What are your goals for 2019? I'd love to hear what you have to say.

You’ve set yourself some tough targets there but I’m sure you can hit them.
Best wishes,
Steve.
