Another Week, Another Update and Goal Setting Session.
It's Another Week - Here's My Recap of Last Week
In a nutshell, at least business-wise, it was a failure...
Goals:
- Share one WA post on Facebook - Check.
- Write one post on WA - Check.
- Pop into Live Chat and help at least 5 people per day (30 for the week). This includes answering unanswered questions. - Partial Completion.
- Publish one article per site (a total of two). - Scheduled for Wednesday and Friday.
- Research two keywords per site (a total of 4). - Complete Failure.
- Leave six site comments per day (a total of 30). - Partial Completion.
- Help others to be accountable for their goals. - Leave a comment below with your week's goals and I'll follow up with you next week to see how you did. - Check.
- Deal with family issues. - This one will be ongoing for at least 6 months. - Partial Completion.
- Work my full-time job. - Partial Completion.
The reason I say it was a failure...
The family issue took a turn and a last-minute hail Mary attempt was made by my brother-in-law to stay the eviction process. On the day of the eviction execution, he filed for the stay. This action caused the execution to be postponed until the hearing could be conducted. That took two full days last week.
We prevailed but he got an extra five days by doing this because the Sheriff doesn't evict on Fridays, weekends, Mondays or holidays.
I know family comes first and this had to be addressed but I still didn't have the time to write my articles, leave as many comments or help people on WA as much as I'd have liked to.
This Week's Goals
We take possession of the property tomorrow (Tuesday, November 12th, 2019). I will be slammed with cleaning, working my job and so on but I don't want to fall any further behind in my business endeavors. So, my goals will remain the same. I won't try to makeup for lost goals but I will strive to get my usual goals completed for the week.
Here they are:
- Share one WA post on Facebook - Already Done.
- Write one post on WA - That's this post right here so Check.
- Pop into Live Chat and help at least 5 people per day (30 for the week). This includes answering unanswered questions.

- Leave six site comments per day (a total of 30). - I already have one down for today.

For the most part, I got my goals accomplished except that I was not able to leave but 2 site comments all week.
My goals for the week. Basically the same as last. I am putting more effort into Black Friday again this week. I got one BF page published and indexed last week, but have some additional items I'm working as well.

- Request comments this week's articles
- Write 3 Social Media posts for my social media accounts

Hi Scott,
Not too good. Missed 3. I spent too much time testing the new WordPress release, honey do's, plus I've got several sick grandkids. But I did get all the X-Mas decroations done outside (that was a big honey do). We're doing Thanksgiving a week early, so she wanted them all out.

Life can slap you in the face sometimes, LOL.
I was actually able to hit all but one of my goals and I'll have the missed post done tomorrow.

Nice. I'm gonna burn some midnight oil this week and try to stay ahead things. Holidays are going to be on us real quick like.

- I could not do tutorials in WA
- I made 3 comments per day
