while trying to really get my website going and understanding it all I have learned that someone stolen my name and my niche. I registered my domain name, What can i do? I dont

Hi. I agree with Smartketeer, contact support. Jim

I did not know it was that easy to steal someone's domain name.
Firstly I would log in to the domain registrar where you bought the domain name. If you registered your site for a year and that year is up someone else can buy the elapsed domain and use it.
But if your domain has not come up for renewal then check with the domain registrar why this has happened.
If you had content on it and it has been copied then try http://copyscape.com to see the original content.
Hope this helps you get back your domain.

i didnt know it was that easy neither thats why i bought and register the name before i built my site

i see what they did, they changed one letter in the spelling. but they basically completed my whole idea and niche,
im so sad

no i was wrong the spelling is the same

Just out of curiosity did you create a website on the Site Rubix, platform, example memelove.siterubix.com and then found that the .com name was taken.

i create a website on the Rubix platform but also purchased a domain name that the content on the rubix should have been tranfer to

i purchase the domain name before creating the site

i purchased name first

We need a bit more info...how was it stolen? What exactly was stolen?

when I registered my domain name it was available so i purchased and registered. while trying to create my site i found out today that google rank and index me. so when I google my website name there was a whole site that i did not create. they have my niche and market and all.

What do you mean by stolen?

A registered domain name and a website can't be stolen ...

when i registered my domain it was not token and i purchased. i havent built my site yet at the time and want to make sure my name was protected. but now today when i look it up there is a whole website with my name that i did not create.

That's impossible. The only possible explanation: there is a site with identical nam and different domain extension

For example you bought yourname.net and there is a yourname.com website

no that is not what i did

Than I suggest to contact support.

How do I transfer information from my free website to my domain website and delete my free website so my changes and upgrades do not go to free website?.

Once you have your domain here at WA just move your existing site to it. Go to Websites > Site Manger. Click on Move for your old site, select to a domain I own and pull down your new domain from the menu. Click I'm ready, move my site. It will move your site to the new domain and put a forward in at the old URL so people that go to the old URL end up at the new one.

when i am trying to log in as administrative but it will not give me access.

How are you trying to login? I recommend that you go to Websites and then click on login next to the site you want to log into. If you have multiple accounts setup on that site you'll have to click login again next to the user you want to login as.

If that doesn't work go to Websites > Site Manager and click on Details for your site. There you can change the password.

Do you mean as Admin or as YOU the Administrator?
There are two separate passwords.
