Success in 2021 - Day 63 GAD

Welcome Everyone to Day 63!

I am not a health Practioner nor do I offer any medical advice.

I hate labels.

I finally decided to do some research and it would appear I have many symptoms related to GAD aka General Anxiety Disorder. What a terrible name and it seems they have to label just about everything now.

It does at least explain how I have felt when I have had to deal with KDP Amazon support and well as other situations where there was potential conflict.

That's useful information for me to know.

I will spend a lot more time relaxing, breathing and meditating.

I will try out some NLP Neuro-linguistic programming techniques to also scramble my memories to create different more positive emotions.

I am also going to take a more protracted time off from work and really evaluate every aspect of it. I'll still be working some, just things that don't create any anxiety for me.

I feel comfortable enough sharing it with the community and its always good to get things "out there."

I also know its overdue to take a more serious look at my health/weight and take more consistent action if I want to get a better handle on it.

As they say, Health is Wealth.

I have tended to just be satisfied for the most part with my health as I have been able to be active and such, but I believe at 63 years old that I want better than what I have now and I know I can achieve it.

All I can suggest is that we all take better care of ourselves.

Their is no rush, no matter what, only 24 hrs in a day, do not crowd the day with unattainable task. I have noticed when I do that, something will happen to slow the process. I spoke to a very wonderful Church member, and friend of mine yesterday, and we both agree that since COVID19, we have more time, things are not as rushed. With that said take care of you, one day at a time. You have done several things that were, and will be successful. Even serving for our Country. Amazing!

The scary thing is it is day 63, I must of blinked.

It can be such a positive thing to find out what ales us, we can take steps to make ourselves better.

Hey Mel first off thank you for sharing. Knowledge is power. Having diagnosed what's wrong you can now feel more confident doing what is required to get your health where you need it to be. Now we are back on to the single days. Great.

As said earlier glad you got that relaxation and family time in. I pray this NLP approach to generate more positivity yields great results- let this anxiety disappear to whence it came from 🙏
