Who is Responsible?
I always remember this words during my college days, my professor says, "You can delegate responsibility. But, take charge of the responsibility".
I we all have different choices, even before when we were young. The toy that you like is not the same toy that other boys or girls want. As we grow, we learn to be independent, we learn to chose things we want in life. We have different personality, Sanguine, Phlegmatic, Choleric and Melancholic. Each of us has different types of reaction to the circumstances that happened to us.
We make decision daily, and that decision sometimes contributes improvement to our future, sometimes that decisions brings destruction also in our lives and in someones lives. What we become today is the product of our decision we made yesterday.
We are both given 24 hours a day. It's up to you if you use this talent wisely. If you decide to become rich tomorrow, make good choices today. If you want that nothing will happen to you tomorrow, then decide today.
Your decision today can make big difference in the future.
Decide for better tomorrow.

In my years in banking I would teach my staff to delegate a request from a customer if they couldn't help them. But they were to take responsibility for the request and keep in touch with the customer to make sure they were satisfied. Jim
Its a great idea also, but the best is back up your subordinate if ever he/she commits mistakes.
