Motivation Keeps Us Alive!

Now that we received from Kyle that we are qualified to be one of the super affiliate. This is good news to us.
This is our chance to triple our effort to work hard. If we give little time with our daily task, this is the time that we have to discipline our selves to work harder.
When I received message from Kyle that I am selected as super affiliate, I was happy yet doubtful. with many reasons in my mind. first, can I make it? Is my time enough, is my site and my blogs unique that this motivation coming from Kyle become possible?
You can only answer this question YES! if we will put too much effort to ourselves to work and focus on our website.
To understand what we see in the behavior of others, we must understand what we can cannot see, we must understand human motivation.
we must see to it that we are will equip with tools for this journey.
Why Motivation is very Important?
When I was young, my I only once heard my parents said This boy has potential. And I keep putting that in my mind and proved myself that I can do all impossible things possible. And gradually I made it.
Another motivation I heard from my teacher was, she said in our classroom, "Merven, you will become manager someday" and this encouragement develop inside me a motivating factor to be what I am today.
For us, this message from the founder, be our motivation to the way of success, after more than 2 decades, this motivation and encouragement become realized.
Harnessing human motivation is a core competency of the transformation leader. Unlike managers who tend to rely on authority to make things happen inside organizations, the transformation leader harnesses the power inherent in human motivation.

wether you like it or not, all our dreams will come true, as long as we have a positive outlook all this will become possible.

I am still sinking in this information I received from Kyle. I am not yet ready to be one of you this is a high calling, and of course, great responsibilities will follow.
Hope my site will gain more visitors.
Just follow the training as we have here. The traffic will come as we work the plan. Take it just a step at a time, and be consistent. do not over think the process and you will succeed very well.
