If you have your email notifications set to ON for receiving all notices about questions asked, training & blog post published here by members you follow then you would simply click on the questions link and arrive at the web page with the question posted.
You only need to respond to the questions that you know how to answer.

thank you. I can't find notifications but your video was helpful. I couldn't even find this answer again until I went back to the email notification to click the link. I honestly have never had such a hard time with any kind of platform or set up before.

Hi there, see attached. You can also use this in case you have inquiry or challenges on a certain topic. Once you type particular keyword or topic that needs an answer, it will give you previous discussions and helpful answer from WA community. Good luck!
Nadia thank you so much! That was really helpful. The initial training video was not clear. And I still can't make heads or tails of live chat. Maybe another day.
You can also ask a question in the live chat. Anyone who has a helpful answer will click reply under your question. And you will get a notification in the live chat button, in the form of number in a red color.

Whether you think the question is urgent or not, It is holding you back from accomplishing your tasks. Just go to help center and get an answer to your question. If you don"t want to go that route, then post your question on live chat and you will be notified by email when somebody answers your question. Just click on the link provided in the email to see the answer. I hope this helps.
thank you. Honestly, the live chat looks like none sense to me. It's like picking up the phone and overhearing someone else's conversation. I just keep seeing phrases that make no sense. Sorry, I don't get it at all.
Hi - just for your future reference, the Help Center is only for technical problems with your website.
And you are not notified by email if somebody answers your question in Live Chat. You have to stay within the WA platform to see the answer, as at some point it will disappear.
The easiest way is to type your question on the search bar. If the answer is available in the form of training or post within WA they will pop up as suggestions when you're typing.
Or just finish your question with a question mark and you will get a pop up asking you if you would like everyone to see it.
As soon as someone replies you will get a email notification.
Just like as soon as I click add comment, you will be notified.
