Yikes!
I had a great run with a clickbank product. It produced sales for me almost daily from January until mid-March with no pay per click. However, it seems the sales have stalled. I am not sure if it is just the season and people are sick of dieting now or if people are moving on from the ketogenic diet.
I guess, I just keep moving forward and finding cool things to review and promote. What are some things that other people here do when they hit a sales slump?

It may well pick up again once people have eaten all those Easter eggs and - at least for our area - once it gets warmer and people start thinking of holidays and swimwear...
But don't keep all your eggs in one basket...

You have definitely just gone through a peak period for dieting products and as for the ketogenic diet, I don’t think it is declining yet but it is always good to keep an eye on the next new thing.

They say the beginning of each year the diets and gym memberships are at the highest. Post holidays.
It will pick back up, have faith!
Ooh, that sounds like fun Melinda, though sorry to hear sales have dipped now. I've heard that Amazon sales are also seasonally higher in Dec/Jan.
Great news...you learnt how to source a product that matches your customers needs AND they were willing to buy it based on your recommendation. Next step, do a post / recommendation about diet #2. Isn't that the same success model that all those "women's magazines" have been following for decades? Learn, adapt, grow....and make money.
Good luck with it
