Hey no problem. I really know how it feels. I worked to hard on this project to lose it.
You may want to backup your website with the plugin on the wordpress.
Just go to your wordpress plugin and search backwpup in the plugins it will be the first one that appears install that one and activate.
There is also a webinar up here that will walk you through the steps properly. It is How to backup site and send to google drive.
