Choosing a niche for our website is a daunting task. We should first change our mindset. Because that is how we will earn. Take first the interest of your target market and fit it with your passion. Know what they can get not what you can. First let them get. For if we do it we will also receive or achieve our own goals.

You do not look for a market that run away from your product. You look for those who want the product. The problem of many salesmen is they are running after customers who are not interested, Anyway, this is more when you do face to face direct selling.

As I have understood, it would be more effective to sell by way of product review some high end famous products which are not very popular to most people are quite difficult to sell, others would argue, right? Wrong. The people who want the product would know. The people who have money will know. They tend to find what is the best in the market. The company with an astronomical tag price is not worried on advertising their product. They all have set up a powerful marketing plan and it is all done meticulously. They know where to put the advertisement. While the fast food, the sodas and the like, they saturate the public with their advertisement, they too have their marketing plan done a long time ago and they keep on evolving.

Today more and more people prefer to buy online. So we the online businessmen would have a continual brighter market as time goes on.

Selling is not about what we own As a rule, there are always a market for everything. Our job as an online business. Selling is having all the knowledge and info. - everything about the product if you are going to own what you are going to sell then you might as well do what suits you, indeed

The right mindset, and perspective of selling are:

1. Know the specifications of the product

2. The reasons why they are worth buying, what is its features.

3. Do some comparisons with similar products and what is the edge of your product, its caliber

4. Exercise salesmanship both direct sales and online. Not a few of our clients do business online.

5. Be confident, it will reflect on your writing. You could only be 100% confident if you have the mastery and expertise of the product you are selling including the operation not just the features but the actual operation.

6. Highlight the extraordinary selling point of your product, if any. That could be your ace.

I used to work in one of the biggest companies in the Middle-East. One of the 12 divisions of the company was transport. Some salesmen of Lexus in my company, for example, do not have Lexus themselves, but that is not the point, the would-be buyer is not interested if you own it.

They are interested in the value, specifications and the brand. Why they would buy a particular product. That is the mindset. I have been a corporate teacher which include teaching and training selling great high-end brand like Lincoln, Toyota line of products such as the top of the line Land Cruiser, Lexus, Ford, KIA, not to mention Kubota, Kumatsu and so many others.

Finally, it is a matter of mindset and wherever you are comfortable doing business. Say, if we get 1,000 buyers with $2/- commission, then it is $2000 total commission. While if you sell one high ticket product with around $2,000 commission, which one you would do?

Successful online businessmen were having different views on these, not a few of them would choose high ticket commissions or recurring commissions such as the WA membership commission. Choose your game and be the best in it. Learn everything about the product and at last have a test drive or a demonstration on how to operate the product you wanted to market.

In the end, We sometimes said, in love life or life itself in general "happiness is where you can find it". I would say in success or in business like we have, more often than not 'success is where the passion is"

I would love to hear your suggestion or input. This just my opinion. There is no other sources I did in this blog, so I am sure a lot of us could help make this content more substantive.

Now after I started my first website, I realize what you say here is relevant to what I need to do, and make it a goal to know products,
Selling is passion, after many years in the Kitchen Design business, my passion sold my ideas, it is now so clear to suddenly find this blog, success lies in what you enjoy and the passion pulls it through.

Thank you for the tips, much appreciated.

I am delighted and humbled by your very kind words! πŸ™πŸ”₯πŸŒˆββœ¨πŸ‘

Have a great Wednesday!!🌈⭐✨

The best way to sail is to think of what the buyer can really afford. And how you could help in paying the price from the beginning to the end. If you let them know and feel you are after their interest, they will be more receptive to your suggestions.

Doing a high ticket niche is like a double-edged sword. On one side it is sharp in getting big-time commission and recurring one. on the other side, you are in stiff competition and only the very best in its niche gets the plum. This is what online business is also all about! βš‘πŸŒˆπŸ™πŸ‘
