To be leaders we should first know how to lead ourselves.

To lead oneself and to lead others need a lot of qualities. They are essential in leaving effectively and productively.

There are some basic qualities leaders should naturally possess or nurtured and practiced before leading others.

To be a leader is to know how to be a member and follower. This experience will help leaders to understand the intrinsic situations of those being led.

Leaders must have these qualities:

1) It is not the size of the resposibility, it is the willingness to embrace the responsibilities no matter how the size is.

2) They have the infectious positivity that they carry with them when they talk or when they take choices.

3) They do not care much about the headline but the bottom line - did they lead effectively and efficiently?

8) They have the ability to say sorry and accept mistakes and quickly resolve the problem

9) They are transparent and not corrupt.

10) They have passion and perseverance.

11) They are fearless and and strongly decisive.

12) They can spot error from a far.

13) They practice open and effective communication.

14) They nurture application of innovation and creativity.

True leadership is when they make things happen. They achieve the goals. They have full discipline and strong sense of being. They know what to do every time. fulfill their tasks no matter how difficult . They exemplify grace under pressure.

True leaders are they who:

1. Know themselves

They is proud of their identity, he accepts for what they are, Their imperfections and their whole family, culture and their past.

2. Control themselves

They are not into vice. They do not go into fights for nothing. They are in full control of their faculty, mood, drive, weaknesses and tendencie

3. Give themselves

It means to offer what they can in the service of humanity when required with strength and purpose of giving a better life for others
