The Fruit of Freedom

Since time immemorial we are continuously experimenting on the kinds of government we wanted. Along the different governments in the form of Democracy, Socialism, Communism , Federalism, Monarchy, etc. We in the free world have the highest degree of FREEDOM.

Very clear to all of us that the Democratic government whether it is parliamentary or presidential system, The rule of the people, by the people and for the people and the bill of rights are by and large are protected in a democratic nation better than the rigid and dictatorial rule of other systems of government specially communism.

The fruit of democracy equates to the fruit of freedom

That is why we have the right to the following which is actually freedom. It is never perfect but it is proven the best one. As we can see the different governments patterned their system on the following right of the people

1. Freedom to trade

We are free to create our own business and earn from it. They sometimes align free trade to capitalism. Yet this is the reward of our own sweat and hard work.

2. Freedom of expression

Anyone can express their opinion and everyone has the responsibility to know between criticism and slander.

3. Freedom to pursue happiness

We all are free to where we find our happiness. In democracy, LGBT have the protection of the law to freely express their difference and their right treatment.

4. Freedom to privacy

In other system of government, they could just open your door and compel you doing what they order doing. In democratic country it is a grave violation of human rights. We have court to approve search warrant and warrant of arrest.

5. Freedom to own properties

They are given what the state think they should have. They can not complain and ask for any consideration to upgrade the facilities being given In other system they are not allowed to buy what they want.

6. Freedom to choose

They cannot choose their life, or their job. They are given the task and they should make the task completed satisfactorily.

7. Freedom to assembly

We have the freedom to air our aspiration, concern, condemnation in rallies, conferences, assemblies and parade.

8. Freedom to defend ourselves

We can buy guns, have the right not to let authorities enter your house without legal basis or document from the court doing so

These are just the right or freedom of our Democracy. Most of the democracy are thriving in every side not only monetary but most importantly our well-being as a human being

Another fruit of freedom is like the fruit of the Holy Spirit. They are:

Love - To love someone, anyone, regardless of age, color, education, culture, economic status, etc. We could have a love marriage which we could assert at any time and everyone cannot do anything about it legally barring some rational limitations.

Joy - We have joy when we are free. When we can choose everything from what you desire and what you need.

Peace - Peace comes when we are assured that our well-being are protected and supported.

Patience - Patience because we know there is always the opportunity to have our plan to come true. We only have to wait at the right time based on the platform of free enterprise and facilities open to us a t a particular stage of our lives.

Kindness and goodness - I put together the two because they are closely similar. We spread kindness and goodness among men because freedom has given us the conducive environment to help and be helped. The most generous of all are form the free world!

Faithfulness -we get the faith or faithfulness because we are structured doing the very best for our own future. We have faithfulness because it is nurtured by the freedom given to us.

Gentleness ad meekness - we become gentle because to have freedom is to have the chance to show our care, understanding and concern. Meekness encourages us to be thankful and grateful to what freedom has given us. It gives us the endless opportunity to become whatever we wish to be. Thinking about it is truly humbling.

The fruit of freedom are therefore up to us. To choose or not to choose the blessings it offers. That is why we are in this community have the freedom to achieve what we aspire to be in our own pace and sweet time.
