*My Rule of Thumb- if it goes against the Laws and Precepts of God don’t use it.

1. Never outshine the master -

In an employment setting it is always the boss who takes all the credits no matter how much input you have done for the project. It doesn't pay to work harder when you want appropriate recognition. Reality is employees are just workers.

2. Never give too much trust in friends, learn how to use enemies -

We know the saying that the worst enemy could be your best friend because they know more personal details on our life story! Using enemy to our advantage needs a lot of thinking to do. Just as getting more support from others whose enemy is the same. By this they would be happy or compelled to help you as a matter of expediency.

3. Conceal your intentions -

Sometimes when we give our intentions it could be used as a bargaining chip by others during negotiation. It is better to keep all information as much as you can to yourself so as not to empower others to get the better of you for their own advantage.

4. Always say less than necessary -

The meaning of this line is the same almost of the other but is being articulated to be in detail in terms of understanding and application of the statement to a particular situation. In case to case basis, there could be a need not tell more than necessary in order to shield yourself from scrupulous people who habit is to rip off other people.

5. So much depends on reputation guard it with all your life -

Reputation is the front of what people know about you. In business, it is your brand. In life, it is your leverage. Good will come to those with impeccable reputation rather than impeccable character. The latter is between you and your conscience. Reputation is your make or break in doing schemes of things in life.

6.Court attention at all cost -

No successful brand or business or person in many ways could be truly successful if no one gives attention. The greatness of man comes when everyone took notice of your achievement and actions which are of value to humanity for a particular sector of society. Attention is king in internet marketing! The correct attention which mean because of quality content and relevance.

7. Get others to do the work for you but always take the credit -

This is very critical and delicate. For example, we may do it when there is an expressed agreement, like outsourcing your content to others in consideration of agreed payment. This I would say is fair. But when you are in partnership, it is but fail to have credits for both of you.

8. Make other people come to you, use bait if necessary -

This is important when you know how to do it. In our case our hard work and persistence create a snow ball effect carrying bigger mass of snow as you go along. In the same way with your consistent publication of quality content create audience far bigger than before. It also creates more reliability, credibility and authority.

9. Win thru your actions, never thru arguments -

This is my favorite. We know that action speaks louder than voice. Argument no matter who wins both concerned lost many things, basically good will and creation of more communication gap, more misunderstanding!
