Tony Robbins

We actually know what we need to succeed as Tony Robbins said, Lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. Knowing is not enough we must take action."

It is different from "What people CAN do is very different from what they WILL do."

In a sense he teaches us what's wrong in our school, he said "In the REAL WORLD, the smartest people are people who make mistakes and learn. In school, the smartest people don't make mistakes."

Robert Kiyosaki

I have read one of our dear members had the courage her frustrations which resonate to a lot of us, I believe, - the frustrations on "not making it to success till now", if I could paraphrase her statement. Kiyosaki advised us, "No matter who you are, to get to higher ground and achieve greater success in life, you must be WILLING TO FAIL. Dare to make mistakes because mistakes are experiences. The more experience you gain, the more successful you can be.

If you read Kiyosaki’s book, you will know that he is someone who constantly talked about learning and trying new things. Your mistakes and failures are in fact the stepping stones that will make you successful. He said, "The size of your success is measured by the strength of your desire; the size of your dream; and how you handle disappointment along the way"

Bill Gates

In our struggle to understand the "technicalities" we are trying to understand in every step of the way. We have to understand technology, exactly what it is. Bill Gates said "The first rule of any technology used in a business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify the inefficiency."

Success is a journey but Bill gates warn us about success he said " It's fine to celebrate success but it's more important to heed the lessons of failure. Because "success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can't lose"

Zig Zagler

We may have the talent and knowledge bu that is not the point how we use them is the question Pig Zagler spoke of success on many different statements. He said It’s not what you’ve got, it’s what you use that makes a difference.

He also spoke about how we face up the challenges and how to achieve our goals. He said "When obstacles arise, you change your direction to reach your goal; you do not change your decision to get there."

We do not stop we have to move on and go onward as Ziglar said " Go as far as you can see and you will see further." For me it means many things it could be more understanding, ideas, inspiration more confidence and more empowerment. Action to move forward no matter what is a destroyer of fear, complacency and self-doubt. Action eliminates many negativities. Pig Ziglar in a sense, promote keep moving on, audacity and resilience when he said "You don’t drown by falling in water; you only drown if you stay there.

Finally, This is the reason, I suppose why we all fall short o our target. Honestly this is my struggle. He said " The chief cause of failure and unhappiness is trading what you want most for what you want right now.

My take:

It is the reason of it all: How much more we use our time productively and effectively geared toward the achievement of our goals here in this platform is the question than how much of the same you use other things. Will you do what you enjoy more than what you should be doing for your goals. We must remember this one. Let us read it again and take action:

The chief cause of failure and unhappiness is trading what you want most for what you want right now.

Keep going, just don't stop is a big step forward. Not anywhere but towards "what you want most"
