3 Invisible Things That Affect Our Quality of Life - Big Time

A man who knows what is in his heart of hearts will not go wrong! A man who has the power to ignore completely what is not useful is truly a powerful man. There are 3 things that affect our quality of life big time - they are invisible to the naked eye but all stay in our hearts and minds.

I see my classmates from high school who are now looking too tired, old and resigned. I saw some are blooming as ever, getting old gracefully and seemed to have happier looking faces and looking young still. I inquired selected people what are their secrets on living a well-balanced life. Then I reckon there are 3 invisible things that affect our quality of life - big time. It has nothing to do with money or power or fame neither influence nor charm and beauty. Anyways a number of them can be seen. Here are the three things that affect our quality of life.

We are not talking about something like what science has discovered or whatever they are such as antimatter, gravitational force, quantum particles, dark matter, ultraviolet rays and all that invisible waves, not even atoms, oxygen and other elements from the periodic table we learned from our Chemistry

The three invisible things that affect our quality of life in a very big way are:

1. Mindset - it is a set of thoughts and paradigm we unconsciously or consciously follow. They are the one that could make or break our future even the way we live whether in agony, misery and all that or with confidence, courage and sense of freedom. This is what makes a man. How we navigate in an invisible world of choices.

We need to make a decision in every turn. We need to have a moral compass and proper sense of what is right and wrong. And quite frankly in today's world the young generation are getting hazy ideas on these aspects because less and less are not aware of the bottom line of life.

That is to live simply and be grateful. I always say gratitude is a prosperity multiplier. Not only on money but on health, peace of mind, relationship, health and well-being in general. Mindset is invisible but they are the one that is important to live strongly for a well-balanced life. Here lies wisdom or foolishness. The mind command us either to be timid, shy or confident. SEE, it we have more of the negatives in the way of thinking we will suffer. There must be a check valve for each enemy of our thoughts. Positivism is a product not only of personal attributes but of personal choice,

2. Heartset - heart is so deceitful even the owner would not understand it. There lies love and

hate, greed and generosity, peace or confusion, stress or tranquility.

We are in our heart commands control or we will be taken over by compulsion, anger, fear, insecurity and doubt

Here also we need to control feelings. It is in our hearts that we feel - so to speak. As a human being, we need to have reign over our lust, desire, covetousness, anger, and obsession.

3. Emotion - emotion comes from the mind and felt by the heart. Emotion determines the quality of your existence in this world. If you are strong

enough, you would see love as beautiful. Others may hurt you or betray your love.

True love is not about pain it is about giving. We are hurt for ourselves. Learning to let go and accept is a remedy for immediate recuperation from pain.

Emotion is a convoluted thing they come and go and it is us with our mindset and heart set ability to balance the emotion sooner rather than later. We should be well-equipped bu having the right attitude, mindset and heart to deal with the enemies. They are also invisible and challenging. Resolving emotions on easily and uickly can make the big difference on how we live a fruitful, peaceful and wonderful existence.
