I don't understand how to find out if I have had any traffic to my site
Yes, Steve is right. Once you sign up for Google Analytics, you can check it everyday (or many times a day) and it will show you how many hits, how much traffic, on what days you get traffic, how long a visitor stays on your page, what countries are visiting, etc. Check it out. If you need help setting it up, ASK for help and someone will help you. Or just type "How to set up Google Analytics" in the top question bar, and the community will help you. I would go to Google Analytics and get setup. It is free. You will be able to track your traffic. They can track all your websites.

Here are the steps for Google Analytics. If you don't understand something, get back to me. Do you have a Google account? If not, you will have to set one up.
If you don't already have a Google Analytics account, you can easily create one for free on the Google Analytics website!
To create a Google Analytics account:
Click here to go to Google Analytics.
Note: If you have a Google account, and are not signed in, click Sign in. If you do not have a Google account, click Create an account.
Once you have signed in to your Google account, click Access Google Analytics.
Click Sign up.
Fill in your Account Name, Website Name, Website URL, and select an Industry Category and Reporting Time Zone.
Under Data Sharing Options, check the boxes next to the options that you want.
Click Get Tracking ID.
From the Google Analytics Terms of Service Agreement that opens, click I Accept.
Add the Tracking ID to your WA site.
If you don't have a Google Analytics account, just type Google Analytics into the search bar. Then follow the steps above. Start through the process. If you get hung up, come back and let me know what the problem is. Good Luck!
