I was wondering since all I have on there is my "about me" page if I could just delete the first one and start over.

It might be an idea to have a word with Site Support to see if there is a technical problem.

I would write a sentence and it would get accidentally deleted how can i get that sentence back. there is no button for that
If you are on the site content manager here on WA, at the bottom of the page where you are writing, it will say autosaved and then will have all of your revisions... you may be able to find it there. In the future, ctrl +z can undo whatever you delete.

Nope, you can move your existing site to it if you want...
Navigate to Websites > Site Manager.
Click the Move button for the site you want to move.
Select To a Domain I Own.
Choose the domain from the pull-down menu.
Click I'm ready, Move my site!
This assumes your domain is registered or pointing here already.
No you don't need to build a new site, you can move your .siterubix site to your new domain name.
Go to Websites, find your .siterubix one and you will see a button down the bottom says "Move", click on that and follow the instructions and it will be done.
