Thank you for the help.

I don't want to make this sound rude... But you might want to go back and review the lessons from Course 1; The real purpose of quality content is to get people to YOUR website where they will find your affiliate links, linking to the sites that you earn affiliate commission from.

So, having good content on your site, brings your site traffic. Once on your site that traffic hopefully will click on your affiliate links and buy from your affiliate referral.

Hope this helps!

DID YOU CHECK OUT "FIVER" TOO ? XOXOX

Upwork is probably the most trusted outsourcer out there but I would still be careful - you tend to get what you pay for in terms of quality.

Hi, I ahve not heard of hire for writers. Take the advice of MKearns. Be careful. Irv.

I haven't come across those to be honest. Most people use Upwork. I'm a full time writer - feel free to PM me if you would like more info :)

properly quiz them and check background to vet before doing this.

I typically don't recommend taking images from other sites, that is no different than a Google image search where many of the images are copyright protected (which comes with some liability on your end).

There are many ways in which you can find and add images to your website. I have outlined this within a video walk-through that I created on images. This is very thorough and will give you a lot of great ideas as to how you can find and incorporate images on your website. Also, do know that if you are an affiliate of Amazon you can use any of the images (product) from their website on your website, which opens you up to an image bank of MILLIONS of images.

There are also other CC0 sites out there that you can leverage. These are free public domain images to use how you wish.

This should get you going!

Hi, you must use royality free images. Just Google this. Irv.

There are places with free images, but just copying from sites of other people can get you in serious trouble. Do not do this.

Thank you for the advice I was just wondering because on each dog I write about will be in my own words and original but I don't want the info to be a blog with no illustrations on each dog that I blog. It is going to be kind of a descriptive encyclopedia page like to go along with website. Thanks again for commenting I define toy don' want to get into trouble.

You are right, without pictures it would not work. So I suggest you check at Wikimedia they have a lot of stuff of everything, mostly free to use or with very clear instructions if you need to give credits. The other is Wikipedia with similar rules.

If you are really impressed by a pic from another site ask for and and give attribution if granted. It then is appropriate repurposed content.

Thank you for the advice that will help me out a bunch thanks again

First off, leave a comment requesting permission and if you do not hear back, go back to the website to ensure you just were not emailed back when they responded.

If you do not have permission you should NOT steal the image. If you get permission, you still need to syndicate. Here's how;

To upload a pick from anywhere...hover over it and right click>>>> copy Image. Go to where you want it and left click to bite into where you want it>>>>right click>>>>paste>>>> go back to the website and hover over the image once more>>>>>right click>>>>copy image address>>>>> back to your pasted image>>>>left click>>>>click the little pencil>>>> in the top box write, " this picture in from>>>>right click and paste>>>."

Now you are legal mate.

Thank you for the help I really appreciate it.

Youn are very welcome. Remember that pictures have to be optimized for your Google ranking. For a free tool to do this, use this tool. https://shortpixel.com/free-sign-up-referrer/referrer/98055

Hi Chris. I am using smushit plugin. It seems to do something, but the premium version compresses more. Do you think that matters?

Would advise you not to do this. It's not legal. Pictures are subject to copyright and only if the copyright owner allows you to use their pictures can you do so. Just saying where the picture is from does not give you a right to use it unless the copyright owner has allowed it.

There are some sites out there such as pixabay which have photos for free use - just check the owners usage info.

I assumed they were talking about pictures they had permission to use. I will edit my answer.

Thank you for catching that. I guess I assume since I do things right everyone does.

When I am talking about a specific painting and then post a picture taken from a book, would it be enough to name the source, or the museum where it is?

Smushit is just that when you take the "Smu" off. They only give you 50 images. https://shortpixel.com/free-sign-up-referrer/referrer/98055 gives you a hundred and that is about all you will need a month.

Thanks Chris
I'm rather jumpy on copyright as I have people trying to steal my pics sometimes - they get slapped with an invoice and take down notice usually and an email to their ISP (sadly though it's usually Russian sites that try to do it)

I know what you mean. I have had people steal my entire posts word for word with images and all.

Ok I will do thank you I have received tremendous help from every one this is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the tip I really do appreciate all the help I can get.

Images of know Masterpieces and The Bible and things like this are public domain.

You are very welcome, Mitch.

I would Start at the AKC and organizations like that to find pictures for specific breeds and credit them for the pics

Thanks for the help that will help me greatly.

I have a domain called Oscardog.net I would like to use for the domain

Save yourself a LOT of pain and frustration ... and read Marion Black's post: With Marion's advice, one of my domains created here as a sub-domain to SiteBuilder had a slightly different name than the domain name I was able to register. Well, don't ya' know ... following Marion's advice I did NOT have on itty-bitty problem. WP Clone change the original URLs all over to match the registered domain.

Boy! Was I ever a happy camper. :-))

Trish

Thanks for the message . I was just wondering because I bought a domain for a year from some other so I was hoping to be able to use that and then if needed to get one from here next year then I would purchase one through Wa. Thanks again for the help.

Mitch, I ended up transferring my two affiliate sites BACK to WA because my hosting site started throwing me prompts that was stopping me from continuing to build ... and my only option was to pay them more money.

You could ask Carson or Kyle for help transferring the domain to point to your site here and save yourself ... and their support staff ... a whole lot of headaches.

Just a thought...

Trish

meaning hosting all right through here

I need you two...I am tryimg to fine tune my website here...my plan is to buy distributor ships for two companies that I absolutely love and would like one place to run everything from...is this possible?

Yes you can.
Please go through the training to learn how...
Be patient and go through step by step...

Thank you I just was wondering because I have already bought that other domain for a year then transfer everything back to over here next year.

Short answer is yes. Long answer depends on what you want to do exactly. You can move the oscardog into WA and then move content or you can just move the content from inside WA to your other domain.

Thank you that is really helpful and good to know.
