How to I go back to the default dashboard in wordpress ?

Is your "new user" an "admin", too?
If not, change the rights to "admin" and everything should look normal.
Ok.
Log in as Admin and change your Author user to Admin as well (if you are the one who is using that "user").
After that everything should be normal when you log in as the second
admin.

I am not sure I understand your question.
Are you asking if you have to be premium to earn commissions from the WA affiliate program? If that is your question, no you don't.
Free members are automatically affiliates and will earn commissions as well, just at a different rate!
- Premium member commissions are $8 for the first month $19 special offer, then $22.50 thereafter. $175 for yearly (recurring)
- Starter Members earn $4 for special offer referrals, then $11.25 monthly and $87.50 yearly commissions. (recurring)

Ok.
